Terms of Service

Last updated: July 4, 2026 - Please read before using Titanium.

1. Acceptance

By using Titanium ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Permitted use

You may use Titanium to download content that you:

  • own or have the explicit right to download,
  • are downloading for personal, non-commercial use in jurisdictions that permit it, or
  • are accessing under a licence that allows offline copies (e.g. Creative Commons).

3. Prohibited use

You must not use the Service to:

  • download, reproduce, or distribute content that you do not have the rights to,
  • circumvent DRM or technical protection measures,
  • download content that is illegal in your jurisdiction,
  • stress, attack, or abuse the server infrastructure,
  • automate bulk downloads beyond what a single user would reasonably generate, or
  • re-host or redistribute content downloaded via the Service.

4. Copyright & DMCA

Titanium is a tool, not a content host. We do not store or serve any third-party media after your download session ends (all files are deleted within 5 minutes). Responsibility for copyright compliance lies entirely with the user.

If you believe the Service is being used to infringe your copyright, contact us and we will investigate.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The Service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of Titanium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
