Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect nothing about you personally. There are no accounts, no cookies, and no tracking pixels.

Your IP address is seen by the server only to rate-limit and for Cloudflare Turnstile bot detection. It is not stored.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes a CAPTCHA token on your device. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details on what they may collect.

Files & downloads

When you submit a URL, the video file is temporarily written to server disk to allow your browser to download it. All files are automatically deleted within 5 minutes of the download completing, regardless of whether you actually downloaded them.

We do not keep copies of downloaded media, we do not inspect the content of files, and we do not share files with any third party.

Server logs

Our web server (Caddy) writes minimal access logs to stderr, which are rotated and not persisted to disk. We do not log URLs you submit or what you download.

Third-party services

Cloudflare Turnstile - used for bot protection. No personal data is sent to Cloudflare beyond what is necessary for the CAPTCHA check.
Google Fonts - the Inter font is loaded from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log the request; substitute a locally-hosted font if this is a concern.
yt-dlp - the open-source extractor library. It contacts the source platform (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) directly to fetch media info and download files.

Changes

If we materially change this policy we will update the date above. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
